No, the prices indicated on the website are also valid in our store in Čiekurkalns.
Are there bulk discounts?
Yes, until the end of 2025 we offer a 10% discount on orders over 120 EUR. The discount is added automatically when the amount is reached.
Can I pay in cash upon delivery?
Cash can be paid ONLY upon receiving the goods in our store in Riga, Čiekurkalns. Otherwise, all orders are pre-paid via the KLIX payment system.
What are the payment options?
Online orders can be paid for with the Klix payment system from Citadele banka, using any European bank card, or the most popular Baltic banks. More about Klix: https://klix.app/lv/
What should I do if I missed a payment/failed to pay?
Check your email (it may have gone to spam) for an email from KLIX about the next steps in a missed payment. Or you can cancel the order in your profile and make it again. Or wait for us to contact you by sending you a repeated link to payment from the klix portal.
Are all products in the online store also available in the store?
Yes. The number of products in stock is indicated next to each product. For some products marked "online only", the approximate delivery time is indicated next to the quantity.

Yes! You can see current offers in the Sale category, or follow us on social networks to find out about promotions and offers. Special offers are received first by customers who, when placing an order, indicated that they want to receive our promotional letters.

Yes, you can visit the Tasite.lv store (Riga, Čiekurkalna 1 līnija 84, 1st floor, room 113, weekdays 11-17) in advance by CALLING +371 28441234 to notify about the time of arrival. Payment on site only IN CASH
Can you notify when the product will be available?
Yes. For products that are currently out of stock, click the "notify me when available" button and enter your email. An automatic notification will come to the specified email that the product will be in stock.
What to do if you can't place an order/add an item to your cart?
Check that all fields are filled in correctly, there are no spaces near your e-mail or phone number, and that you agree to the Distance Agreement.
If you can't log in, try clearing the cache (cookies) in your browser or logging in from a different browser. If that doesn't work, write to info@tasite.lv so we can create an order. Send the address of the Venipak delivery point and your phone number. After receiving the information during the business day, we will create an order from your cart and send a link to payment.
Why has the price of the item I sent before changed now?
The purchase and delivery prices of goods from wholesalers change, so the changes in the price of the new batch of goods are also visible on our website.
Can you send the item to my country?

How long to wait for delivery?
All goods that are in stock and paid for by 11:00 on a business day are shipped the same day. Usually, they are delivered to all Baltics the next business day. Deliveries may be delayed due to high parcel loading, for example during Christmas - order in time.

Why don't I see free delivery for orders over 40 Eur?
Free delivery is valid only in Latvia and Lithuania, when choosing Venipak or Smartiposti points delivery. When ordering to Estonia, free delivery to Smartiposti Points from 70 Eur.
