Ingredients: Whipping agent (glucose, coconut oil, emulsifier: lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, milk protein, stabiliser: sodium alginate), sweetener (erythritol), inulin (chicory root fibre), fat-reduced cocoa (13%), thickener (acetylated distarch adipate), flavourings, salt, sweetener (steviol glycosides from stevia).

Instructions:
• Mix the sachet powder with 200 ml of milk (1-1.5% fat).
• Whip at high speed with electric mixer for 3 - 5 minutes.
• Leave the mousse in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
ATTENTION: when using a single dose of erythritol more than 30 grams can act as a laxative.
