Magnesium Gold B6 is a dietary supplement containing 100 mg of magnesium per tablet. Magnesium helps reduce fatigue, maintains proper muscle and nervous system function. Vitamin B6 helps reduce fatigue and tiredness.

Use: supplementing the diet with magnesium.

Recommended intake: once a day, 2 tablets, drink a small amount of water.

Ingredients: magnesium salts of citric acid (magnesium), microcrystalline cellulose (filler), magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (glazing agent), polydextrose (filling agent), titanium dioxide (colorant), polyethylene glycol (glazing agent), talc (anti-caking agent).

1 tablet contains: magnesium 100 mg (27%)*, vitamin B6 2 mg (143%*).

2 tablets contain: magnesium 200 mg (54%)*, vitamin B6 4 mg (286%)*.
