It has hemostatic, diuretic, mild choleretic, anti-inflammatory, vasoconstrictive, and tonic properties. In addition, preparations of this plant normalize blood composition, increase the number of red blood cells, reduce the amount of sugar in the blood, normalize the menstrual cycle, and enhance the regeneration of the mucous membranes of the gastrointestinal tract.

Dried leaves, on the contrary, slow down the blood clotting process. Flavonoids and organic acids give nettle a diuretic property.

The chlorophyll contained in the leaves enhances the body's basic metabolism, increases muscle tone of the uterus, intestines, improves the activity of the respiratory center and cardiovascular system, and also stimulates granulation and epithelialization of affected tissues.

Method of preparation and use:

Pour 1/2 teaspoon (0.6 g) into 1 glass (200 ml) of boiling water, leave for 10-15 minutes, strain, squeeze. Adults take the infusion 1/2 glass 2 times a day during meals. Store the finished infusion in the refrigerator. Consult a doctor before use.
