Preparation:
Brew the tea to the desired strength: take 1-2 teaspoons per 300-400 ml of water (the water should be at a temperature of 90-100 °C). Infuse for 2-5 minutes, then strain. The same tea can be brewed up to three times. It is not recommended to store it until the next day - it loses its beneficial properties. Before brewing, it is recommended to warm the dishes with hot water.
