Kissel is a traditional Russian drink. It is loved by people of all ages, and it is also included in the menu of many therapeutic diets. Jelly contains natural berries and fruits, which are a source of a large number of useful substances (vitamins and microelements), easily digestible sugars and fiber. The starch included in their composition has an enveloping effect, protects the mucous membranes of the larynx and stomach. The basis of jelly is natural juices, and now also natural berries in pieces.

Ingredients: white sugar, potato starch, dry cranberry powder, dried cranberry pieces, dry beetroot juice, acidity regulator citric acid, vitamin premix (vitamins: C, D3, B1, B2, B6, E, B9 (folic acid), PP, A).

Preparation method: put 1-2 tablespoons (15-20g) of "Health" jelly into a cup (150-200ml), pour boiling water (95-100C), quickly and thoroughly stir the drink until completely dissolved.
