Composition:

Rhizomes and roots of Rhodiola quadrifola - 10%

Rose hips - 25%

Bergenia leaf - 30%

Knotweed herb - 25%

Licorice root - 10%

Method of preparation and use:

Place 1 tbsp of the collection in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, cover with a lid and heat in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes with frequent stirring. Cool, filter. Squeeze out the remaining raw materials, bring the volume of the resulting infusion to 200 ml with boiled water. Take 1/2 cup 2-3 times a day 30 minutes before meals. Duration of admission is 1 month.
