Preparation
Pour water over the tea at 90°C.
⏰ Brewing time should be 3 to 5 minutes.
Brew the tea to your liking!
Up to 3 minutes - you'll get a very refreshing and invigorating infusion.
Up to 5 minutes - you'll get a brew that contains less caffeine and has a relaxing effect.
Breaking too long will make the tea taste tart. This does not mean it will contain more caffeine.
On the contrary, the tannins produced with each minute of brewing neutralize the effect of theine and give the tea its characteristic, tart taste.
