Tung Ting is one of the most famous oolong varieties, originally from Taiwan, but Vietnamese tea masters have adopted traditional production methods and successfully cultivate this tea near the city of Bao Loc in Lam Dong Province. The high-altitude climate and misty mornings create ideal conditions for the development of this oolong's rich flavor profile.

Tung Ting production begins with the careful selection of young tea leaves, which are first sun-withered and then traditionally rolled in bamboo baskets. This stage promotes uniform oxidation, which creates a characteristic, rich flavor. After reaching the desired degree of fermentation, the leaves undergo a final drying at low temperatures, preserving their aromatic properties.

Tung Ting infusions are distinguished by a deep amber-green color, a refined floral-creamy aroma, and a multilayered flavor with honey and nutty notes. This tea has a long, smooth finish and develops beautifully with repeated infusions, delighting connoisseurs with its complexity and depth.
