Adyghe Bzhedug Salt 300g is a traditional product of Adyghe cuisine. It is made from white edible table salt and a unique spice blend. The unique process involves not simply mixing the spices but infusing them with a delightful flavor and aroma. Bzhedug salt is enriched with paprika, garlic, coriander, and dried onion. It is best used for preparing meat, shashlik, lard, fish, salads, side dishes, marinades, and pickles. Due to its increased salinity, the seasoning consumption is 12-15% lower than with regular salt.
