Dandelion (root) strengthens the immune system and increases the body's resistance to viruses, bacteria, and free radicals (antioxidant). Reduces blood cholesterol, activates the body's production of insulin. It has a diuretic effect and thus helps reduce blood pressure. Activates digestion and assimilation of food, optimizes intestinal microflora, acts as a mild laxative.
