Stassen Peacock Ceylon black tea, loose, 250 g. Ingredients: Ceylon black tea. Preparation: pour 1 teaspoon of loose tea with 150 ml of 99°C water, let it brew for 2-3 minutes. Made and packed in Ceylon, Sri Lanka.

Preparation method

Pour water over the teaat a temperature of 95-99°C.

Brewing time should be from 2 to 5 minutes.

Make tea the way you like it best!

Up to 3 minutes -you will receive a very refreshing and stimulating infusion.

Up to 5 minutes -you will receive an infusion that will contain less caffeine and its effect will be relaxing.

Brewing too long will give the tea a tart taste.This does not mean that it will contain more caffeine.

Quite the contrary - tannins produced with each subsequent minute of brewing neutralize the effect of theine and give the tea a characteristic, tart taste.
