Çaykur Altınbaş Klassik (small leaf) black tea is a special variety. Only the buds and top leaves of the tea bush are used for drying. It gives the tea a special characteristic aroma and a peculiar sour taste. Tea is grown in Turkey in the eastern part of the Black Sea without the use of pesticides

A special double teapot is used for brewing Turkish tea.

Alternative brewing method: 1. For infusion, put 1 tablespoon of tea grounds per person in the teapot. 2. Pour boiling water over it and leave it to brew in a warm place for 10 minutes so that it doesn't cool down. 3. Pour the obtained infusion into half a glass and dilute with boiling water until you reach the desired strength. .
