RECOMMENDATIONS IN FOLK MEDICINE

The laxative property of senna is the main reason for its widespread use in medicine. Senna herb is useful for constipation, is used to cleanse the body, as well as for diseases in which the condition requires unhindered bowel movement and soft stools: hemorrhoids, cracks in the anus mucosa, ulcerative colitis and others. The laxative property of senna is also used in preparation for operations on the large intestine, peritoneal organs, or before fluoroscopy of the intestine.

Method of preparation and use:

1 st. a spoon is poured with a glass of hot boiled water and heated in a water bath for 15 minutes with frequent stirring. Cool, squeeze, the volume of the resulting infusion is adjusted with boiled water to 200 ml. Take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day.
