Preparation method

Pour water over the tea at 95-99°C.

 Brewing time should be 3 to 5 minutes.

Brew the tea to your liking!

Up to 3 minutes - you'll get a very refreshing and invigorating infusion.

Up to 5 minutes - you'll get a brew that contains less caffeine and has a relaxing effect.

Breaking too long will make the tea taste tart. This does not mean it will contain more caffeine.
