Directions for preparation and use:

Pour 1 teaspoon (2.0 g) of crushed herbal ingredients into 1 cup (200 ml) of boiling water, steep for 15-20 minutes, and strain the infusion. Adults take 1/2 cup (100 ml) of the infusion twice daily with meals. Store the prepared infusion in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days. The recommended course of treatment is 1 month.
