Grapefruit essential oil has the following effects:

• A natural antidepressant, it has an invigorating and refreshing effect;
• It is used for headaches and fatigue;
• It improves mental alertness and mood;
• It brightens and whitens skin (age spots);
• It restores skin firmness and elasticity, restores lipid balance, and is useful for sagging and oily skin;
