Dosage

Shake before use. For adults - 3 teaspoons (9 g) pour 250 ml of water or juice, let it brew, stir. Use once a day, in the morning. Not recommended for children. Ideal for baking low in carbohydrates. Bamboo flour also gives baked goods more fluffiness.
