Ginseng preparations are used to treat and prevent diseases of the central nervous system, to increase the body's resistance to stressful situations (adaptogenic property), with nervous and physical exhaustion, to increase the body's performance.

Its preparations are indicated for hysteria, neurasthenia, asthenic conditions (caused by tuberculosis, diabetes, malaria), also in the recovery period after complex surgeries, to reduce blood sugar levels in diabetes, as a stimulant of the immune system in viral hepatitis, for the treatment of gastritis of various origins, with sexual disorders, to strengthen the cardiovascular system.

It has been noted that taking ginseng preparations in the fall or winter is more effective. It should be noted that in small doses ginseng has a tonic effect, reducing the inhibition processes in the central nervous system. In large doses, on the contrary, the inhibition processes in the central nervous system are enhanced.

Method of preparation and use:

Pour 1 teaspoon (2.0 g) of crushed raw materials with 1 glass (200 ml) of boiling water, leave for 15-20 minutes, strain the infusion. Adults take 1/2 glass (100 ml) of infusion 2 times in the first half of the day during meals. Store the finished infusion in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days. Duration of administration is 2-3 weeks. Before use, it is recommended to consult a doctor.
