White cinquefoil is used as a remedy for treating thyroid diseases (thyrotoxicosis, thyroid hyperplasia, hyperthyroidism).

This plant also has astringent, antibacterial, antiseptic, wound-healing, hemostatic, hypotensive properties, regulates metabolism.

White cinquefoil is also used to treat gastrointestinal diseases: diarrhea (astringent property), dysentery (antibacterial, antiseptic, astringent properties), gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer (antiseptic, wound-healing properties), gout and rheumatism, to lower blood pressure.

Method of preparation and use:

Pour 1 teaspoon (2.0 g) of crushed plant material with one glass (200 ml) of boiling water, leave for 15 minutes, strain the infusion. Adults take 1/2 glass (100 ml) 2 times a day during meals. Store the finished infusion in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days. Duration of use - 1 month. Repeated use is possible during the year. Before use, it is recommended to consult a doctor.
