Ingredients: chaga, sea buckthorn berries.

Chaga has a very complex and diverse chemical composition, which is why it has a wide range of beneficial properties. Chaga contains polysaccharides, organic acids, fiber, lipids, steroid and pterin compounds, many trace elements: aluminum, calcium, magnesium, sodium, barium, iron, zinc, manganese, copper, calcium, as well as alkaloids and acids such as silicic, oxalic, formic, acetic, butyric and others.

Due to this composition, chaga has a positive effect on metabolism, helps improve the functioning of the nervous system and strengthens the immune system. One of the main beneficial properties of chaga is the ability to remove toxins from the body.

Chaga infusion acts on the body as a biostimulant, accelerating the flow of vital processes, helps with insomnia, helps reduce the feeling of constant fatigue and malaise.

Sea buckthorn is rich in vitamin B, due to which it helps to normalize the functioning of the nervous system, improve memory, organs of vision, and due to the content of vitamins A and E, it has an antioxidant effect.

There are several different ways to brew drinks based on chaga. You can choose the one that suits you best:

Pour 2-3 tablespoons of the tea drink mixture into 500 ml of hot water (80-90°C) and leave for 10-20 minutes. Drink like regular tea.

Pour the tea drink mixture with hot water (80-90°C) in a ratio of 1:5 and leave for 1.5 hours to 24 hours. It is more convenient to use a thermos. Before use, you can dilute it with water to taste.

Pour the tea drink mixture into boiling water in a ratio of 1:4, boil for 15 minutes. Before use, you can dilute it with water to taste.
