Gaba Oolong "Basalt" is a rare oolong from the volcanic slopes of Yunnan, collected in the highlands of Tengchong. Clean air, mineral-rich soils and a mild climate give the tea a special depth of taste and aroma.

Selected raw materials are used in production: medium leaves, buds and a small number of stems. Such a collection gives a balanced infusion with a soft structure and an expressive aftertaste.

The tea is made from the Qing Xin (青心) variety - a recognized standard among Taiwanese oolongs. It is known for its aromatic, rich cup and soft, rounded texture.

Aroma

When brewed, a warm, multi-layered bouquet opens up: notes of dried fruits and caramel combine with the aroma of bread crust and light smokiness. The aroma develops gradually, from cup to cup.

Taste

The taste is fruity sweetness, caramel softness, light apple sourness and subtle minerality, typical of tea from volcanic soils. GABA technology makes the taste especially smooth and balanced, with a deep, warm aftertaste.

Effect
