Pharmacological action

Hawthorn tincture has an antispasmodic effect.

Enhances blood circulation in the coronary vessels of the heart and in the vessels of the brain, increases the sensitivity of the myocardium to the action of cardiac glycosides.

Enhances contractions of the heart muscle and reduces its excitability.

Improves peripheral circulation, has an antiarrhythmic effect.

Indications

Functional disorders of cardiac activity;

atrial fibrillation;

paroxysmal tachycardia (in mild forms, in addition to treatment with basic antiarrhythmic drugs).

Contraindications

Individual intolerance to the components of the drug.

The safety and effectiveness of the drug in children have not been established, so it is not recommended to use the drug for children under 12 years of age without a doctor's prescription.

Composition

Hawthorn fruit extract (Crataegus spp) 1:5

Recommended use: take 32 drops, dissolved in 50 ml of water.
