Chaga has a positive effect on all body systems, acts as a biostimulant, accelerating vital processes, helps with insomnia, helps reduce the feeling of constant fatigue and malaise.

Sage leaves and flowers contain resin, gum, essential oils, flavonoids, due to which sage decoction improves the functioning of the respiratory system.

The cedar cone paw is valued due to its high resin content, which during the brewing process releases essential substances that have a positive effect on the human respiratory system.

There are several different ways to brew chaga-based drinks. You can choose the one that suits you best:

- Pour 2-3 tablespoons of the tea drink mixture into 500 ml of hot water (80-90 °C) and leave for 10-20 minutes. Drink like regular tea.

- Pour the tea drink mixture with hot water (80-90 °C) in a ratio of 1:5 and leave for 1.5 hours to 24 hours. It is more convenient to use a thermos. Before use, you can dilute with water to taste.

- Pour the tea drink mixture into boiling water in a ratio of 1:4, boil for 15 minutes. Before use, you can dilute with water to taste.
