Ingredients: valerian root 30%, peppermint leaves 20%, lemon balm leaves, thyme stems 15%, lavender 15%.
Usage: Place one bag in a suitable glass and
pour 150 ml of boiling water over it. Let the tea steep for about 5 minutes
