Ingredients: Oatmeal (Plantago psyllium) seeds (80%),
Plantago ovata (Plantago ovata) seed husks (20%).

Directions for use: Shake the package before use. For adults, pour 3 teaspoons (9 g) into 200 ml of water, juice or other liquid, wait until it swells, stir, drink. Recommended in the morning, 1 time per day. Not recommended for children.

May contain traces of gluten, peanuts, cashew nuts, sesame seeds.
