It has immunomodulatory, anti-inflammatory, antiviral and antibacterial, antiallergic effects. Echinacea is especially effective in chronic infectious processes.

It also has a stimulating effect on the central nervous system, promotes the healing of wounds, ulcers, burns, and enhances sexual potency. Due to its immunomodulatory effect, it can increase the effectiveness of treating infectious diseases by 25-40%.

The glycoside echinacoside and polysaccharides cause increased production of interferon, affecting T-lymphocytes. Due to this, the body's resistance to infectious and viral diseases increases.

Recommendations for use:

Pour 1 teaspoon (2 g) of crushed plant material with one glass (200 ml) of boiling water, leave for 15 minutes, strain the infusion. Adults take 1/2 cup (100 ml) of infusion once a day during meals. Store the prepared infusion in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days. Duration of administration is 2-3 weeks. Repeated administration is possible during the year. Before use, it is recommended to consult a doctor. Contraindications: individual intolerance to the components of the dietary supplement, pregnancy, breastfeeding, progressive systemic diseases (tuberculosis, leukemia, multiple sclerosis).
