Preparation method

Pour water over the tea at 90-95°C.

Brewing time should be 2 to 5 minutes.

Up to 5 minutes will result in a brew that contains less caffeine and has a relaxing effect.

Breaking too long will result in a tart taste. This does not mean it will contain more caffeine.
