Chicory contains inulin. Inulin is a fiber that lowers blood sugar levels and helps to reduce body weight. Stevia is a natural sugar substitute, does not raise blood sugar levels and contains virtually no calories.

Method of preparation: pour 1-2 teaspoons (1.5-3g) of the drink into a 150 ml cup, add hot water and mix. Sugar or sweetener (sweetener) can be omitted, the drink has a sweet taste.

Ingredients: chicory extract, stevia extract 2%, cream substitute 3% (wheat starch syrup, vegetable oil, sodium caseinate, emulsifiers E471, E472a, anti-caking agent E551, stabilizers E340 and E452.
