Belevskaya Pastila “Classic” is the choice of true conservatives and those who honor and value traditions. This is the same taste with which production began at the pastila manufactory. According to the traditional recipe, Belevskaya Pastila is made from apple puree, sugar and egg white. This combination guarantees a rich taste and benefits for the whole body.

In pastila with berries and fruits, apple layers alternate with berry or fruit layers. These layers have a different taste and color from pure apple layers.

Belevskaya Pastila "Lenten" is a tasty and healthy dessert for those who observe church canons. This line does not contain egg whites, as in the classic recipe. Lenten pastila contains only applesauce and a little sugar. It is more difficult and longer to prepare than other types. But in the end, the taste is unusually bright and rich.
