GENAMICHA - Green tea SENCHA with roasted rice

GENMAICHA is the name of a Japanese tea consisting of SENCHA green tea with roasted rice. Genmaicha is very popular in Japan and is considered one of the most sought after in the country. Unlike the others, Genmaicha tea is energetic (a normal cup of 2 g of tea has a caloric value of about 1 kcal with a fat content of 0.03 g). Regular use of Genmaicha improves metabolism and gives energy. Tea was used as a medicine in China until the 17th century.

The tea infusion has a light yellow hue. The tea has a mild taste with the aroma of green tea SENCHA (fresh grass) and roasted rice.

Ingredients: Chinese green tea, roasted rice.

Preparation: depending on the strength of the tea, pour 1-2 g (1 teaspoon) of tea with 200 ml of 80 C hot water. Hold for 3-5 minutes.
