RECOMMENDATIONS IN FOLK MEDICINE

Pine buds are used in medicine as an expectorant and disinfectant in the treatment of diseases of the upper respiratory tract. As a rule, such drugs have the form of decoctions for inhalation and infusions, which are recommended to be taken orally for bronchitis, pneumonia, duodenal ulcers and stomach.

Decoctions from pine buds have a weak choleretic and diuretic effect. It should be noted that pine buds are often included in the composition of chest collections, and the extract and infusion of them are used for coniferous baths, which have a calming effect on the human nervous system.

The healing properties of kidney decoction are widely used for inhalation in diseases of the nose and throat, and also help to improve blood composition. Preparations, which include pine buds, have a bactericidal effect on the microflora of the nasopharynx and oral cavity.

Method of preparation and use:

1 st. a spoon is poured with a glass of hot boiled water and heated in a water bath for 15 minutes with frequent stirring. Cool, squeeze, the volume of the resulting infusion is adjusted with boiled water to 200 ml. Take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day.
