They are the essence of what we currently describe as high quality in coffee – freshly picked Arabica beans, roasted a maximum of 3 months beforehand to a light brown colour. All the beans are from speciality segment, which means they received at least 80/100 points in professional grading.

Direct Trade is a more honest way to buy coffee where we assure us that the money reaches all the way to the farmer. We pay them extra good and visit their farms as often as we can to create a close long-term relationships. In this way we can get amazing coffee where nothing is left to chance. Coffee cherries are hand-picked and harvested when they are fully ripe and red to achieve maximum sweetness in the finished cup
Our coffee is always carefully selected. Handpicked by coffee farmers and friends who share our passion and interest in quality. Our philosophy is based on the origin, the farmers knowledge and full transparency from plant to cup. To find coffee beans of the highest quality, we need to travel to where they are grown. We buy our coffee beans by quality-conscious farmers we know, trust and whose values we share. We pay them extra good and visit them on their farms and plantation as often as we can. All to create close and long term relationships. We taste the coffee on the spot, exchange knowledge and discuss directly with the coffee farmer. In this way, we can together produce amazing specialty coffees.
